I shop here for all my furniture because of the great customer service, and their wide variety of beautiful furniture. I send all my family and friends to home living in Howell for these reasons. After a rough experience with another furniture store that lacked in customer service, This place a breath of fresh air.
Very happy with the quality and workmanship of the furniture. So much better than those chain stores where everything is so generic. Barbara has been so helpful and always manages to find the exact furniture I need. I've already bought my dining room furniture at your store and have just begun to furnish the spare room. I'm very satisfied with the sofa bed I just purchased at your store.

I recently purchased a dining server and coffee table from Home Living in Howell. Barbara was a great help and extremely knowledgeable salesperson. When my server was delayed due to COVID, she took the time and extra effort to help me find a replacement that was of better quality and readily available. I received my Vista by American Drew bedroom set today. Exactly what I wanted and unpacked and set up by delivery men without a hitch, very efficient team.
Excellent, I have had this sofa for 7 years now. It holds up to my dogs jumping on and off and using their paws to try and find a perfect spot to lay. The material still looks new and has no holes, even with the paws. I recently checked to see what the material is, as we are looking to get matching furniture for our new house. Hi Ursula, You have replaced the replacement nightstand by now.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Home Living Furniture. Unfortunately, there are times when my ability to solve a customer issue promptly is held hostage to the furniture manufacturer's ability to supply me with parts. This, I am sad to say, was the case with your recliners. The manufacturer was experiencing an extreme back order in their stock of parts due in part to the fact that their parts are made in Italy. I felt so badly that you were inconvenienced that we sent our upholsterer Rich to you to see if he could fix the recliners by reworking their original parts. He gave it his best effort, but finally had to admit that the only way to remedy the issue would be with an installation of new parts.

The furniture we chose looks very nice in our family room. The chest arrived on time and the delivery and set up done in a professional manner. I would definitely purchase furniture from Home Living. Hi Terry, We receive the table and chairs today. This is in our breakfast room we placed it and it looks absolutely beautiful!! Will be into the store in the future if there's anything we need.
It was a pleasant experience from shopping to delivery. I will definitely be shopping there again...and soon. BiBi was wonderful to work with as well. Buying a set like this is a huge investment and I was very pleased from beginning to end. I get so many compliments on my new bedroom set. I definitely would buy from them again.

We appreciated his knowledge about the stock, fabrics and availability, however he did not hover. The store itself had an enormous selection to choose from. And the quality seemed so much better. We ended up purchasing a set that we were able to customize with our choice of fabric. This was such a plus because we could not find in stock anywhere, the color that we were looking for. The price difference was not all that much, but it is a bonus being able to get exactly what we want.
With much effort, they succeeded in this without either damaging the piece or marking our wall or banister. They worked very hard and they deserve kudos for their ethic and their professionalism. Like many of Home Living's other customers, we are repeat customers. Gina is truly an example of what a salesperson should be. She is honest; no beating around the bush. She knows her customers and knows their tastes'.
